Murders on Pinnacle Lake Trail
On July 11, 2006, Susanna Stodden, 27 and her mother, Mary Cooper 56, set out for 4-mile hike to Pinnacle Lake. At 10am, they chatted with a couple at the trailhead.
The couple would stumble upon their bodies just off the trail hours later on their descent.
Their murders remain unsolved today.
